It really is simple.
Our bodies are made to survive.
Say you consume 50 grams of carbs a day and this is what you
have done for a while, your body has learned to live on little energy. Then you
increase your carbs to 150
grams (because you found out this is what you need). So you increase your carbs, then you get bloated, gain weight and you
freak out (I would too)thinking this isn’t working for you so you go back down to the amount of carbs you
normally eat.
