Intervals are your friend

What are you doing to lose or maintain your current weight?

Try something new... Interval Cardio.

Alternate between a high-intensity and a moderate workout will jump start your metabolism.

This is more effective at burning fat than an hour of a steady cardio.

Do one of the following for 20 minutes:

Running - 1 minute sprint to 1 minute recovery
Biking - 30 second sprint to 45 second recovery
Elliptical - 45 second sprint to 1 minute recovery

Make sure you keep a steady pace during your recovery.
