I am going to lose 10 pounds in 30 days.
I will be eating food from the Paleo Diet. The paleo diet is eating all the lean meats and fish, fruits and nonstarchy vegetables you want.
Bread???? Yup. But it will be bread that I make from nut flower and ice cream that I make from coconut milk and frozen fruit.
I have realized that with any major change you are going to make in your life you need to plan. I have the list of food that I can eat... and its a pretty long list, so I will make my meal plans for the week. I figure I can take 4 weeks on week by week.
