1 whole wheat pitapizza sauce (tomato sauce, oregano, basil)
green onion
purple onions
orange and red peppers
2 oz of soy cheese (1 oz = the size of a domino)
Take your pita and cover it with tomato sauce. Sprinkle oregano and basil over pita, or any other herbs you want. Chop green onions, purple onions, orange and red peppers and spread over the pita. You can and any choice of veggies as your toppings. I chop the cheese into small pieces and spread over the pita. Bake at 350F until cheese had melted (around 5-10 minutes). Cut into wedges.
Tip – If you are ordering pizza to help cut calories, ask for double pizza sauce and half the cheese. Get a thin crust pizza and don’t eat the edge crust.
