- 2 cups butter leaf lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup avocado slices
- avocado oil
- lemon juice
Combine the lettuce, raisins, and tomatoes in a serving bowl and layer the avocado slices around the top. Dress with avocado oil and lemon juice. Serves Three.
