1/2 red onion
2/3 cup marinade
Marinade:
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
6 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp red wine
1 cup flaxseed oil
1 T dried onion flakes
1 T fresh parsley, finely, chopped
Mixed all dressing ingredients in blender. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
