Cup of Love

This makes 2 servings of the Chocolate Cups:
  • 4 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 oz. Nutella
  • 1/2 banana for each cup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 Madagascar Vanilla Bean for each cup
  • 1 oz. sugar
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 2 extra large eggs each cup
  • Vanilla Bean ice cream (small scoop)
Whip eggs and sugar to a smooth consistency. Melt chocolate chips and butter over a hot water bath. Combine chocolate mixture into the eggs and sugar. Let cool until firm. Next, scoop the mixture into a coffee cup, fill about 1/3 of the way up. Place the cups on the oven rack and bake for 5 minutes at 410 degrees. Then combine banana and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and puree until smooth. To complete the dish, remove the cup from oven and top with Nutella and banana sauce (mostly the foam). Then add a small scoop of ice cream on top and serve! (Sprinkle with a few chocolate shavings on top if desired)
