Brown Rice Pasta with Fresh Vegetables

1. Cook Brown Rice Pasta as per instructions.
2. Steam zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli
3. Saute garlic in oil and add red bell peppers to garlic.
4. Drain pasta and vegetables and add both to the frying pan and toss.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.


1. lb whole wheat pasta
1/2 zucchini, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups of each cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
1 Tbsp, olive oil
Parmesan Cheese

Enjoy.
